Shellter is inspired by mushroom coral, its circular form textured with grooves that echo the coral’s ridged surface. Designed by DMDIO as part of the Ocean Collection, built around interior light play and marking Mukura’s shift to recycling 100% of ceramic production waste back into the production line, a step toward protecting the ocean, Earth’s largest carbon sink.

Mukura breezeblock is finished with a glaze layer engineered for daily wear. The glazed surface has zero porosity, so a damp cloth lifts dirt and stains with no scrubbing required. Outdoors, a hose down keeps it clean.

Mukura breezeblock performs equally well as an interior feature or an exterior facade. Fired at over 1000°C and resistant to chemicals, stains, and scratches, it holds up against direct weather exposure as confidently as it does indoors.
