At Mukura Ceramics, we make architectural ceramics for spaces that are meant to be remembered. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who is curious about digital marketing, enjoys creating content, and is genuinely interested in interior design & architecture.

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply schedule posts and tick boxes. You’ll get hands-on experience across social media, e-commerce, website, campaigns, and content, while working closely with our Business Development and Sales teams to turn ideas into a coherent marketing strategy.

What you’ll do

• Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Manage Mukura’s digital presence across social media, website, and e-commerce platforms
• Create and develop social media content, especially Reels & short-form videos
• Work closely with Business Development and Sales to connect marketing activities with real business opportunities
• Explore new ways to make Mukura’s products and stories more engaging online

We’re looking for someone who

• Is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• Is ideally graduating within the next 12 months
• Has strong communication and presentation skills
• Is comfortable creating content for social media, such as Reels / short-form video experience is a plus
• Has experience or interest in digital marketing and/or export markets
• Has a genuine interest in interior design, architecture, materials, and creative spaces
• Is curious, hands-on, and willing to learn by doing

The commitment
🕐 10–20 hours per week
🏢 Hybrid — minimum 1 day/week in Serpong
